![]() | Customer's server is not to have a monitor connected for it's normal operation, must provide an Ethernet port for connection to IDL's network and rack mounting is not required. |

![]() | The server will connect to IDL's network by Ethernet. We generally allocate 20Mbps of bandwidth and increase it as utilisation justifies. IDL will provide 1 Internet registered TCP/IP address for use on the server, with additional avalable at $5.50/month each. The server is able to use IDL's SMTP and DNS servers as part of the fee. |

![]() | You are solely responsible for managing the server (IDL can provide a wide range of server support at the rates listed below). During standard business hours (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday), IDL will shutdown and restart the server upon request of the customer at no charge. In addition, the customer can have physical access to the server during these hours if required at no charge. If physical access to the server is required after-hours, this can be arranged by contacting IDL's on-call systems administrator and a fee of $140 per hour (minimum 15 minutes) will be charged. |
![]() | Remote server management is available during standard business hours charged at $90 per hour (minimum 15 minutes). Our staff are well trained and competent in all aspects of Linux server maintenance, however no liability can be taken should problems arise from our remote management services or advice. |
